Rite, Basic Moves Ermm okie lets start with a lazy easiest thing to parkour well I think is basically a vault when you place one hand on the wall/rail jump the rail but as you are in the air Take the hand you jumped with and swap it with the hand You never used landing with one hand still remainin on the wall so. In other words one hand on wall, jump, place other hand on wall land EASY:medalofhonor:

you forgot to say that you need to approach the rail at a slight angle, to pull of this move

and u have taught her well! parkphoar is really going well! Its not an easy move, it may be the 1st vault that is taught and it does 'become' easy but when you first start and upon variation (split hand, spin, leg split etc) it becomes a very interesting and dynamic movement. It can be practiced easily but to perfect it into a fluid and gracefull move over any obsticle, done without thought - now there is the challenge. Master your moves, right down to the basic lazy, never fob a move off as 'easy', if that is the case then you need to go back and practice that move some more - turn it into something challenging Shadows. that move is fun, i would use it when running away though if you kong or side vault you can get more speed on the landing and to you can leap at it
