hey all, ok, this might not make much sence as i dont know the name of the moves, but i appologise, ok, here goes.

For this miove you will need quite a bit of upper body and stomach strength, and it would help massivly if you can stall in the air when vaulting.

here's the move:

A 180 vault over the a bar, but instead of landing on the other side you go back through the bar (like you would if you were doing an underbar) without touching the floor (yeah this one has been made before but i havent finished)

Ok, next bit after that is you use your upper body strenght to get your legs vertical pointing upwards and then you go round the top of the bar and land on the opposite side of the bar to where you started all without touching the floor till you've finished (as if you have done a 180)

I hope this makes some kinda sence to you lot lol, i know what i mean but i havent really described it very well.
It is incredably hard, well, is for me anyway, and ive only done it twice because the rest of the time i loose strength and drop onto my back.

Wow this had never occured to me, i have been trying to get a switch to underbar to a decent level for a while, sounds a great move to try and i will, althought i doubt i would have enough control to do this myself, but i expect some of the more experianced members would be capable.

best thing to do is to get a good stall whilst doing the 180 and once your in line for the underbar, try to pull the rest of fast, it looks amazing when done, il see if i can get a vid on

i know what your mean, me and i think might have been andy did this some where, only works if you have an open bar tho, if you try it on a normal underbar setup you hit the back of your head and it hurts, another way you could do it if you can find suitable setup, best would be scaffolding with 2 bars on about 3 ft high and the other 6, run up to them pop of the lower bar and dismount the higher, but dont put your feet down, twist 180 out of it then underbar the other and spin round it, havent managed to do it without falling of, but the speed at which you hit the lower bar you could get a couple of full twists round it

wow that would be hard i think what your saying Dev is a 180 switch to underbar the do a roll up without touching the floor. Im going to have to try it, it sounds fun lol.

it is, but only if you dont hit your head on the bar as you flick your legs up
