Today was brilliant guys. So much fun. We had some aches and pains, some short fuses early on but when it all came together it was great. Well done to Jake, Those bar moves were sick... until you cracked ya nuts lol. Congrats to Instinct who is now 10 years old and looking forward to puberty:) Go Sarah, who learnt around 6 different vaults in a day. Thanks to the guys who did the sumo, i laughed so hard it hurt. Go Renegade!!! That frontflip was sweet. Same goes to Risk, Master G and everyone else who got that underbar gainer. Shinrai, your tiny underbars are gettin silly man, soon you will be able to tackle the David Belle one from D13. That would be cool. Thanks to Mike and Julia? I hope its Julia. Some wicked pictures once again:lol: I think Nox deserves a large well done for keeping it together and gettin our tired muscles working again. Deamon! Twas great to see you man, hope your gonna come train more! Matt from Hastings learnt loads the past two days too congrats dude. All the other guys and gals and Aaron:lol: no-one failed to impress me, not just today but Extreme too, and yesterdays training session. Lovin ya dudes, US all the way.

Man, you are so inspirational, both you and Noxsta.. you keep everything going when they really don't feel they can. you are right, a lot of us were knacked and stiff etc.. but hey we all did our best, and our best is what we did.. if that makes sense.. It was nice seeing Sarah and Tegan join in on the progressions, hope to see more of where that came from too.. big up guys. woo. US all the way.. man!

Today and yesterday were excellent guys... it was a great atmosphere, but could of been better if there was a bigger crowd... but we all did our best and had fun anyway. Matt's sky flip? Crazy and really weird, but good :) ! All the routines were great (espeically mine n g-man's lol).
