what month is it actually in? there was some confusion in the other thread.

if its june then its on a sunday
if its july its a tuesday and alot of people probably have school

i honestly cant see the point of the event taking place in july on a tuesday as alot of people will be at school and work, not shopping in hastings

yup its 15th june. i will talk to Grazerus (the traceur hu is sorting it all out) and say what sorta equipment we will have or if we will have to use the street. (hard finding him tho he's a slippery one to catch lol)

we handed out leaflets for them last saturday and i think this saturday, i dont think we're going though.

I think someone important said we weren't going... not sure who, i think one of the reasons is that priory meadow doesn't want people just over the stuff for health and safety reasons.

apparantly they said they had to check some stuff or something and would get back to us, but they havent, and when we asked if we should book gym day on that day or not they said we might as well, so though we havent actually be told were not doing it, it looks pretty likely

ok on Saturday we are doing more flyer work for them - then after that (the next day sunday) they will do their thing and we will jus do ours (probably have a gym day)
