Just got off the fone to cj and he told me to say there is a gym day on sunday (25/05) 12pm - 3pm

Hopefully i mite be there :)

Hey everybody! Although the gym wasn't actually on today (you can blame Instinct for that) we had a really good days training up on the downs. Climbing trees, cliffs and hills. Some really nice weather and a great work out.
