I have just had fixed braces fitted on my top set of teeth and I can tell you they are a pain the f***ing arse! I cant wait till I have them taken off in at least a year! Has anyone else had braces before? Any tips?

Kurt with braces.. i cant picture you with braces.. Dont worry though dude i had braces. there alony painful for about 2 weeks then there fine.. but a pain coz like you cant eat fu*k all lol.

Yeah I already found that out, as soon as I had got home from getting them fitted I had a sausage roll and it took me about 10 minutes to get all of the crap out off them!

I have just got back from having the wire fitted, apparently the braces that I have had fitted are more up to date which means I dont have to have the gay coloured rubber bits on each of the bits of metal. Its not hurting at the moment... Better make the most of it, Im gonna go eat!

hey kurt ma man, i had braces for two years. They suck, but you get used to it man. Pain is not constant lol, only after they are tightened. Just avoid eating rocks he he. See you at next jam?? Cj
