Hey snake, I teach at the gym in bexhill which is a good way to get into it, we also hold 'jams' where people meet up and train which you would be welcome to come along to.

thanx 4 the head up is there any chance of nywhere closer to Eastbourne? coz i think it may be a bit hard to get to Bexhill :s and what nights do you teach?

The gym times depend on your age but they are on Monday and Thursday evenings.

some jams are held in eastbourne...its a good place to train :)
