this move is extremely hard (well for me anyway)
some times i can do flip presions but i wana be able to backflip then do it
or do a gainer to frontflip thats a bit better.

What do you mean sort everything out? George is fine... He trains all the time, he keeps himself active... Just because he didn't do a few shows doesn't mean nothing. And about not being on the forums...? It's up to him...

actually NO - u used to see me lots more than George before i moved uni - once i get his number im gunna chat to him because i really want to bring him back - we didnt de-accred him he just stoped acting like a member - it wasnt my decition to 'let him go' but ur forgetting that he quit the shadows before he left anyway- and is of yet to re-join and re-immerse himself.

There is really nothing to sort out... This is what I am saying. He trains and is a bit upset his status was made as non accred on the forums. You will see this for yourself if you look at his profile.

He is back, training and a very good friend. He should automatically be remade a member.

And about him "Re-Immersing" hiself - if people cared that much they would have bothererd to check his forums profile and see what he has to say to.
