One Handed Handflip

Basically what I do is a spin like im going to do a butterfly twist but afterwards I put one hand in the and use the other to do a handflip

yeah, this is quite cool lol i learnt this cos you taught me :) it does kill your leg after a while, dont do it too much cos it makes a lot of impact on your foot
