Backflip fail broken nose

well i though it would be a good idea to get spotted for a backflip on the spot but i think i chose the wrong people to spot me....... so i went for the flip they stoped half way round then i landed head first then my knee came down hit me in the face and thats how i went to hospital with a face full of blood and awaiting a operation in november so they can take out the cartilage and re aline my nose

You shouldn't attemp a move, until your ready and have the guidance of someone who knows what they are doing. For example despite me being able to back flip fairly well, i got my dad to spot me since he would be strong enough to stop me failing, however he's not used to spotting people and so impaired my movement, making me fail it. It's important to have people around you who know what they are doing.

There is a great gym in Bexhill to try these things where if you fail you shouldn't seriously injure yourself.

Anyways, i hope you didn't hurt yourself too much and that it didn't damage your confidence too much.
